Does Venon have an iOS or Android app?

Venon does not currently have a native iOS or Android app. The Venon website works on mobile, and you can also add key Venon profit metrics to your iPhone Home Screen with an iOS Scriptable widget.

Can I add Venon metrics to my iPhone Home Screen?

Yes. You can use an iOS Scriptable widget to show your key Venon metrics on your iPhone Home Screen.

  1. Install Scriptable on your iPhone.

  2. Create a Venon API key in Venon API settings.

  3. Open the Venon widget template on GitHub.

  4. Copy the .txt widget template.

  5. Create a new script in Scriptable and paste the code.

  6. Run the script once and paste your Venon API key when prompted.

  7. Add a Scriptable widget to your iPhone Home Screen and select the Venon script.

  8. Long-press the widget and tap Edit Widget.

  9. Set When Interacting to Open URL.

  10. Set URL to https://app.venon.io.

Tapping the widget will then open Venon instead of running the Scriptable script interactively.

Your API key is stored locally in Scriptable Keychain on your device. Do not paste your API key into GitHub, Intercom, Claude, ChatGPT, or any public place.

You can also use the GitHub instructions with Claude or ChatGPT to adapt labels or understand the setup. Do not share your Venon API key with AI tools.

For iPhone and iPad (using Safari)

  1. Open the Safari app and navigate to Venon (Note: This specific feature only works in Safari, not Chrome on iOS).

  2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (it looks like a square with an arrow pointing up).

  3. Scroll down the share menu until you find Add to Home Screen, and tap it.

  4. You'll see a preview of the icon. You can edit the name of the shortcut here.

  5. Tap Add in the top right corner. The website will now appear on your home screen.

For Android (using Google Chrome)

  1. Open the Google Chrome app and navigate to Venon.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Tap Add to Home screen from the dropdown menu.

  4. A pop-up will appear. You can edit the name of the shortcut here if you want it to be shorter or easier to read.

  5. Tap Add.

  6. A final prompt will appear. Tap Add to home screen to have it placed automatically to your home screen.
