If you want to collaborate with colleagues, employees, or agency partners, you can easily invite additional team members to your Venon workspace. Follow the steps below to get them onboard quickly.
Step 1: Have the Team Member Create a Venon Account
Ask your team member to visit https://app.venon.io/register
They should click Sign Up and create an account using their email and password.
Then they are done and need to wait for you to invite them.
Step 2: Invite Them From Your Venon Settings
Once they have an account:
Log in to your Venon dashboard.
Go to Settings → Team: https://app.venon.io/settings
Click Invite Member.
Enter the email they used to sign up and enter the user role.
Click Invite.
They’ll receive an email to accept the invitation.
Access & Permissions
Viewer: Read-only access to view data
Editor: Viewer access and can edit budget and turn on/off ads
Admin: Editor access and can connect and disconnect integrations, install Shopify app)
There can only be 1 admin per shop.
Troubleshooting
They didn’t receive the invite?
Check spam or junk folders
Confirm the email address is correct
Resend the invitation from the Team page
