The journey can show these recorded events:

  • Page view: a page was viewed.

  • Product view: a product was viewed.

  • Add to cart: an item was added to the cart.

  • Started checkout: checkout began.

  • Contact info added, Address info added, Shipping info added, and Payment info added: the corresponding checkout information was entered.

Earlier customer journey activity with Page view Details expanded

A page title or URL link opens the recorded page. Not every order has every event or every detail field. No events found for this order. means no journey events are available in this view, not that the order does not exist.

3. Read Order Cost

  1. Click Order Cost at the top of the dialog.

  2. Review CM2, Net Margin, and Break-Even ROAS.

  3. Read Product Overview to compare Quantity, Product Costs, Sale Price, and Product Profit.

  • CM2: net revenue minus product costs, shipping costs, and payment fees. Ad spend is not deducted here.

  • Net Margin: CM2 divided by net revenue, shown as a percentage.

  • Break-Even ROAS: net revenue divided by CM2. It is unavailable when CM2 is 0, negative or missing, or when net revenue is 0 or missing.

  • Product Profit: sale price minus product cost for 1 unit. It does not deduct shipping, payment fees, or ad spend. The totals row multiplies unit values by quantity and sums known values.

A value marked Not tracked is unavailable, not necessarily 0. No Product Cost Data means this order has no tracked product costs or cost components available yet.

4. Check the costs and shipping profile

  1. Scroll to Order Economics.

  2. Review revenue, tax, product costs, payment fees, shipping costs, refunds, and Profit. In this tab, Profit is CM2, not CM3.
