Use the All Orders report to check individual orders, sources, and attribution details.

The All Orders page shows the individual orders behind your reports. Use it when you want to check one order instead of looking at totals or charts.

What to use it for

  • Find a specific order, customer, or order number.

  • Check if an order was tracked by Venon.

  • See which source or channel was connected to an order.

  • Check which individual order is behind a number you see in another report.

  • Compare the order details with what you see in Shopify or ad platforms.


How to use it

  1. Open the All Orders report in Venon.

  2. Choose the date range you want to check.

  3. Search for the order, customer, or order number.

  4. Check the order value, source, channel, and attribution details.

  5. Open the order details if you need to investigate the customer journey.


Simple explanation

  • The dashboard shows the big picture.

  • The All Orders page shows the individual orders behind that big picture.

  • Use it when you want to understand what happened order by order.
