How It Works
Venon tracks abandoned events (page view, product view, add to cart, checkout) in your store.
Then Venon sends these events to Klaviyo.
If Klaviyo already tracked the event, nothing extra happens.
If Klaviyo missed the event, Klaviyo can send the recovery email or SMS.
This means Klaviyo can recover more carts and checkouts, without sending duplicate emails → Generating you more revenue 💰
How to Set it Up?
Step 1: Navigate to Klaviyo Recover
Log into your Venon dashboard
Click on Klaviyo Recover in the left sidebar: Click here
Find the Klaviyo card and click Connect
Step 2: Authorize Venon in Klaviyo
You'll be redirected to Klaviyo's authorization page
Click Allow to authorize the connection
Step 3: Configure Your Recovery Flows
After connecting, you'll be taken to the Klaviyo Flows page:
You'll see a list of your existing Klaviyo flows
Select the flows you want to use for abandoned checkout recovery
Click Next
Venon will automatically:
Clone your selected flows
Add the necessary triggers for Venon events
Set up proper timing delays, so each event is only sent once
Flows with A/B tests can't be cloned, due to Klaviyos limitation. This needs to be done manually: Click here for the instructions
FAQ
Do I need to pause the original flows?
No, this is not needed, as Venon only sends their Flow e-mails if the original flow didn't find one. We automatically add filters for that.
