How It Works

Once connected, here's what happens:

  1. Customer abandons checkout β†’ Your pixel captures the event

  2. Venon identifies the customer β†’ Even if Klaviyo forgot about the customer

  3. Event sent to Klaviyo β†’ Triggers your recovery flow

  4. Customer receives email/SMS β†’ Based on your flow settings

Step 1: Navigate to Klaviyo Recover

  1. Log into your Venon dashboard

  2. Click on Klaviyo Recover in the left sidebar: Click here

  3. Find the Klaviyo card and click Connect

Step 2: Authorize Venon in Klaviyo

  1. You'll be redirected to Klaviyo's authorization page

  2. Click Allow to authorize the connection

Step 3: Configure Your Recovery Flows

After connecting, you'll be taken to the Klaviyo Flows page:

  1. You'll see a list of your existing Klaviyo flows

  2. Select the flows you want to use for abandoned checkout recovery

  3. Click Next

  4. Venon will automatically:

    • Clone your selected flows

    • Add the necessary triggers for Venon events

    • Set up proper timing delays, so each event is only sent once

Flows with A/B tests can't be cloned, due to Klaviyos limitation. This needs to be done manually: Click here for the instructions

FAQ

Do I need to pause the original flows?

No, this is not needed, as Venon only sends their Flow e-mails if the original flow didn't find one.
