How to use Venon: the basics

Written by Venon

Once your setup is complete, start with these 3 areas in Venon.

1. Check the main dashboard

Use the main dashboard for a quick overview of your store performance. Check revenue, ad spend, costs, and profit for the selected date range.

Use it to understand what changed before opening a more detailed report.

On the main dashboard, check:

  • Revenue and Profit (CM3) trends.

  • New-customer purchases, CAC, MER, new-customer MER, and AOV.

  • Ad spend, product costs, refunds, orders, and new-customer revenue.

  • The date range and comparison controls in the top-right corner.

2. Use the Pixel table

Use the Pixel table to compare channels and see where visits, purchases, revenue, new customers, and profit came from.

Click into Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, or another channel to review campaign, ad set, and ad performance.

3. Use the Profit dashboard

Use the Profit dashboard to see what remains after product costs, shipping costs, payment fees, and ad spend.

Check which channels, campaigns, and products are generating profit instead of looking only at revenue or ROAS.
