Send your Venon conversions back to Meta. This can provide additional purchase signals for measurement and optimization; it does not guarantee better campaign performance. You need the Admin role for this shop to configure Meta conversion sendback.
1. Connect Meta to Venon
In Venon, go to Integrations.
If Meta is not connected yet, click Connect.
Log in with the Facebook account that has access to your ad account and pixel, then complete the connection.
2. Turn on the Conversion API
Next to Meta, click Manage.
Open the Server-to-Server tab.
For each ad account, turn on Use Conversion API.
Under Choose Pixel, select the pixel your ads optimize for.
Click Save.
3. Check that it works
In Meta Events Manager, open your pixel. After the next order, check Meta Events Manager for server Purchase events on the selected pixel. Delivery and reporting times vary. If events do not appear, confirm that the correct pixel is selected and Conversion API is enabled, then contact Venon support.
Unlike Google Ads, you do not need to create a new conversion action in Meta. Venon sends to the standard events of your existing pixel.
