Tracking Checker confirms whether Venon receives a page view from the page you test. You need an admin or editor role for the selected shop.
1. Prepare the check
Select the shop you want to test.
Open Settings > Tracking Checker.
Under Website URL, enter the full page address, starting with
https://orhttp://. Use a page customers can visit.Click Prepare Check.
The form above is where you enter the page address. Prepare Check creates a test link; it does not open the page yet.
2. Open the test page
When Ready to Start appears, review the Test Link.
Click Open Test Page in New Tab. Allow the new tab to open and let the page load.
Return to Tracking Checker. Keep it open while Checking Your Tracking is shown. The result updates automatically.
The check waits for up to 30 seconds. The test link expires after 5 minutes. If it expires, prepare a new check.
3. Read the result
Tracking Is Active: Venon received the test page view for the selected shop. Click Check Another Page to test a different URL.
Tracking Was Not Confirmed: Venon did not confirm the test page view in time. Make sure the new tab opened, tracking consent is granted, and the browser is not blocking Venon. Then click Try Again.
Verification Failed: follow the message shown. If your session expired, sign in again.
Use Change Page if you entered the wrong URL. Test a URL that opens the page directly: redirects that change the address or remove the test parameter can prevent confirmation.
What this check does not confirm
A successful result confirms the page view, not every event on your store. It does not test add-to-cart events, checkout tracking, ad-platform delivery, or attribution accuracy. For reporting, see How to use the Pixel page.
