Pause or enable Meta and Google ads from Pixel, and edit budgets where the platform manages them. You need the Admin or Editor role for the shop. Viewers cannot make these changes.
Outside demo mode, these controls change the connected ad platform, not just the report. Demo-mode changes are simulated and do not change a real ad account. Review the selected row and amount before confirming.
1. Find the campaign, ad set, or ad
Open Pixel and click Meta Ads or Google Ads.
Use Nested View. Click a campaign name to expand its ad sets. Click an ad set name to expand its ads.
Find the row you want to change.
The screenshot shows an expanded Meta campaign. Each row has its own Status control. The ad sets have editable Budget amounts.
2. Pause or enable a row
Click the switch in the Status column.
Check the name in the confirmation dialog.
Click Disable to pause the row, or Enable to turn it on.
The dialog identifies the campaign, ad set, or ad being changed. Click Cancel to leave its status unchanged.
3. Edit a budget
Click an editable amount in the Budget column.
Enter the new amount, then click the checkmark or press Enter.
Review Current Budget, New Budget, and Change.
Click Update Budget. For a large increase, review the warning and click Confirm Budget Increase when it becomes available.
The screenshot shows a budget change awaiting confirmation. The amount has not been saved yet.
When a control is not editable
Status controls are available only for Meta Ads and Google Ads. For Meta Ads, edit the budget at campaign or ad set level, depending on where it is managed. For Google Ads, edit budgets at campaign level only; Google ad set budget updates are not supported. The row must show an editable, positive budget. Individual ads do not have their own budgets. A dash or non-editable amount is not a budget input.
Google PERFORMANCE_MAX ad set and ad rows are not editable here. Use the campaign-level controls instead. Placeholder rows named Not Set do not have a status switch.
