Use the main dashboard to review revenue, customer acquisition, costs, and profit before opening a detailed report. Screenshots use demo data.

1. Choose your period

  1. Open Dashboard from the sidebar.

  2. Use the date picker at the top to choose a period. To compare periods, open No comparison, choose a preset such as Previous period, then click Update.

  3. Check Revenue and Profit (CM3) together. The cards between them show NC Purchases, Profit (CM3)%, CAC, MER, NC MER, and AOV.

NC Purchases is the share of orders from new customers. Profit (CM3)% is CM3 as a share of net revenue. Hover over metric labels for definitions, or read the Metric glossary.

2. Choose your Overview metrics

  1. Click the pencil beside Overview to open Customize metrics.

  2. Check the metrics you want to see and uncheck the others. Keep at least 1 metric selected. Scroll inside the list for more metrics.

  3. Drag the handle beside a metric to change its position. Click outside the list to close it.

The cards follow your chosen order. Your selection is saved for this shop in this browser. This changes the Overview cards, not the fixed cards at the top.

3. Compare 2 metrics in Trends

  1. Scroll to Trends.

  2. Use the left and right dropdowns to select 2 metrics. The starting pair is Ad Spend and Revenue.

  3. Hover over the chart to see both values for a date. Read each line against its own axis.

Use this to see when spend, revenue, orders, or profit changed. The dropdowns also include ROAS, NC Revenue, NC ROAS, and CAC.

4. See where the money went

  1. Scroll to Where the money went.

  2. Read the Profit (CM3) Breakdown bar and the amounts underneath it.

  3. Hover over a segment to see its amount and share of net revenue.

The breakdown shows Product Costs, Marketing, Payment Fees, Shipping Costs, and Profit (CM3). Negative CM3 remains in the legend but is excluded from the bar. For the full cost ladder, open Profit Dashboard.

5. Review Channel Performance

  1. Scroll to Marketing and read Channel Performance. Compare Spend, Revenue, ROAS, NC ROAS, CAC, and Net Profit.

  2. Click the settings icon at the table's top right to choose Model and Window.

  3. Click a channel name to open its Pixel report. Use View details beside Marketing for the full Pixel page.

Blended combines the displayed channels. A dash can mean a spend-based metric does not apply. The table excludes All Clicks from its model choices; if that model is selected elsewhere, this table uses Linear Paid. Read Attribution models and How to use the Pixel page for details.

6. Check Email Last 30 Days

  1. Below the channel table, find Email Last 30 Days beside Marketing Spend by Channel.

  2. Read Additional Venon Revenue, then compare Original Klaviyo flows, Added by Venon, and Total recovered.

  3. Click View details on the email card to open Klaviyo Recover.

Marketing Spend by Channel and Email Last 30 Days with revenue recovered by Venon

This card always uses the last 30 completed days in your shop timezone, ending yesterday. It does not follow the dashboard date picker. The lift is additional Venon revenue divided by revenue from the original flows that have a matching Venon flow. Venon flows without a matching original can still contribute additional revenue. If no Venon flows are available, use Set up Klaviyo Recover.

7. Open individual orders

  1. Scroll to Orders & customers.

  2. Click an order to open its details, or click Show all orders to open All Orders.

The adjacent New vs Returning Customers chart shows the revenue split. Read How to use the All Orders report to investigate an order.
